Divine Café at the White Horse Cherhill in Wiltshire:

 

Artisan Bread:

 

Divine Café is very pleased and excited to be supplied by the  Dorset based Artisan baker Leakers. Leakers has a huge reputation for quality , variety and innovation. The bakeries range of breads will be used by us on a daily basis but should you wish to pre-order for collection, please see list below.  

 

Speciality Loaves

  • Raisin & Walnut -  fruity and nutty, 81% wholemeal.  Great with cheeses, or simply toasted with butter.

  • Crunchy Date -  also known as the Jurassic Foot this loaf is made with with dates and is great alone or with cheese.

  • Cheese & Cider -  a cottage style loaf with two storeys of delicious Dorset cider and cheese.

  • Cheese & Chilli Beer Bread - with a crusty kick of chilli, cheese and beer.  Split and toast or try with scrambled egg.

  • Six Seeded Soda loaf - a compact tin loaf which is yeast free but rich with seeds and savoury flavours.

  • Pesto bread - a white loaf packed with our own pesto (watercress or basil depending on season) -

  • Sundried Tomato and Onion Foccacia - a soft Italian style bread made with olive oil and light wholemeal flour.

  • Italian Pugliese – A deliciously light domed loaf, made with olives & extra virgin olive oil with a semolina crust. Small and Large

  • Onion Bread – a rich white soft loaf that’s bursting with delicious flavours, great with soup.

  • New York Deli Rye - With caraway seeds, great with smoked salmon and cream cheese

Breads for everyday

  • White Sourdough - makes delicious toast and keeps well. Yeast free. - Small and Large

  • Farmhouse – A soft white classic, lightly dusted with flour and perfect for sandwiches and toast. Small and Large

  • Organic White, Organic Wholemeal, Organic Malted, & Organic 81% Wholemeal  all made with all organic flour from Stoates Cann Mill at Shaftsbury. Small and Large

  • Plain Spelt - a delicious loaf made with this ancient nutty grain. Small and Large

  • Cobber – a popular malted granary loaf with a deliciously full flavour. Small and Large

  • Floored Cobber - a serious granary, baked on the oven’s hot floor for a crispy crust.

  • Sunflower Spelt (Wheat free & Organic) - Wholemeal loaf covered with flower seeds with a delicious nutty flavour

  • Organic Spelt & Rye - Yeast free and flavourful, a solid wholemeal loaf with excellent keeping qualities.

  • Organic Seeded Spelt & Light Rye - Light crusted loaf with linseed, sesame, pumpkin and quinoa.

  • Spelt Sourdough - all the nuttiness of spelt with no yeast. A large versatile loaf

  • Organic Pure Rye- a serious dark loaf, full of flavour. Small Tin and Large Sliced
